Marvin and Dawn Nemitz have been in full-time ministry for over 19 years.  Prior to pastoring at Harvest, they spent seven years in Okeechobee, Florida as Senior Pastors and as staff members of Real Life Children's Ranch.  Pastor Nemitz knew he had a call on his life for pastoral ministry from the age of eight.  Shortly after high school he married his wife, Dawn and the two of them began to pursue the call of God on their lives.

They have served as youth and children's pastors and ministered in churches around the country as evangelists.  Dawn used her gifts as a church administrator and worked for seven years as a staff member in a Christian School.  They have three beautiful children Brittany, Christopher and Wesley.

Rick & Debbie Volpe joined the ministry at Harvest Community Church in 2002. They formerly served as Children's Pastors at Central Assembly of God in Houston, Pennsylvania for over 20 years where Rick's father, Ralph Volpe, was the Senior Pastor.  They presently oversee the Children's and Middle School ministries at Harvest.  They have two wonderful grown children, Michael and Angela.
